Death egg and train zone, I think they need more background scrolling like moving the background so it looks like the train/death egg actually moves . Also, I was thinking, will you add level transitions?

 

Well I had the same idea for the train zone, I am going to make the Bg scrolll on its own so it gives the illusion the train is moving. However Death Egg will have a non scrolling Bg to give the impression the place is enourmas.

 

Nothing is impossible!! But it can be done. You just have to think outside the box.


On a seperate note, this is looking pretty cool so far. I love the idea with the train level.

 

Well me and my friends are trying to make the hack a bit unique.

Help Wanted


I want somebody who is good at boss programming to help me out. It would be a great help.

Well I have no problems, I just want somebody to customise the bosses.

 

Any suggestions on your bosses?

 

Well ideally I want to make them harder and have more hits to defeat. I also need some custom bosses for some of the new zones and a completely new boss for Royal Gardens Zone.


No ideas for the final boss. Feel free to suggest ideas.

 

To be honest, Malevolence is already involved with more than 3 hacks, so you might as well leave it to somebody else. Though I'm starting work on a custom boss myself, but it'll be a long time before it's awesome like any other bosses created.


Also, I see that MarkeyJester is working on this, just saying since he's been away for a long while.

 

What about jman? He also does bosses.

 

I know he is on SSRG but it looks like he hasn't been on for ages. Thanks for the advice though.

 

Me and Markey Jester have been mates for ages, he is done some really clever things on the hack. Currently he is working on something special for Royal Gardens Zone.


He will send it to me next week so I will have a screenshot soon.

 

I can help you do the bosses. I am not that good with bosses because I am learning how to edit them, but that might be a way I could learn faster :B
