I edited the Sonic 1 Cartridge Header in ASM to say that it has an SRAM chip in it. How do I save the Game's status to it? Every time you finish a zone or run past a light post, I want to save the lightpost data. Can anyone point me to any resources or guides that help me with this?

Okay dude seriously, this is like your 6th help topic. We are not going to give you all the answers to every single question you have. (Sometimes we do.)

We'll give you tips, but we can't just tell you how to do everything. Now, obviously you don't know a lot about ASM and how it works completely. First, study ASM and go for something a bit more easier than adding SRAM. Like making Sonic able to go to special stages by hitting a monitor or something...

Then go for the big things like adding SRAM, Super Sonic, or hell even Hyper Sonic. =P

Anyway, I don't think there's any guides for SRAM. I think I saw something about SRAM on Sonic Retro once. But that was a long time ago and I don't know if it's still there. Trust me dude, just study and practice ASM and doing this will be a piece of cake. =)

This is sort of information I feel I do not want to share, it's basically precious information, remember:

"To gain knowledge is to gain power"

"to share knowledge is to lose power"

There are certain things in this life that are not worth sharing with the wrong people, and this is one of those.
