I'm trying to add knuckles to Sonic 2 and I fixed all the branch errors, so now I try to build and I get this

What should I do? I'm about to give up on adding knuckles to Sonic 2. If it matters I'm using the Sonic 2 (Split and Text by Xenowhirl) disassembly.

This is exactly why I hate AS. Check the animation file, change the dc.b to dc.w (or dc.l) then add an 'even' at the end. Did you add knuckles or replaced sonic? Remove supersonic animations if you did replace him.

I added knuckles, but that didn't help I'm still getting the error. Also the error mentions the s2 ASM file not any other ASM file.

Yeah uhhh, don't know why this is happening to you, but you either left something out or put it somewhere it shouldn't be.

I know the answer to this, i did yesterday lol but these errors are different to the ones i got.

    maybe they havent been renamed..

Btw u can keep supersonic mode just dont forget to get all the ram data that connects to the character.

I work from the bottom with all the double defines and start from the top with the rest of the errors.

Looks to be that you might have forgot to rename other files to go with those files in the errors

If you didn't rename anything you might not of copied enough of the object.
