    1. I posted a validation on sonicretro, and read another validation where this one user was getting mad cause they wouldn't validate him. The last post on that one said "no one reads these no more." Do they or don't they?

    2. What's the best MID to XM tool to use. I used MID2XM and the MID played but when converted it wouldn't play.

    3. How do I port songs from one sonic game to another with success? I tried porting one from sonic 2 to sonic 1 (from sonic 2's disassembly to sonic 1's disassembly) with failure.

To answer your question about SR, yes they do. They just don't let whiny people in, people who keep begging. Also, to port music from one game to another, check out this guide from Sonic Retro: http://info.sonicretro.org/SCHG:Music_Hacking and sorry I can't help with your second question. :V

I had this problem with mid2xm, so use modplugtracker, and get an older version so you don't get conversion problems.

Like I said, if its to new it won't work, get an older version of modplugtracker, 1.17 works.

Please don't ask that question again, this isn't Retro's help desk and while it's one community yes, it's sepperate sites with different rules for different reasons, hence the answers should come from those individual places.

To be frank, we don't want to hear moaning about what another site does, tis not our doing I'm afraid. If you're stuck, and Retro won't give you answers, then you're stuck.

Excuse me for asking. I only read it on it's Validation forums.

On another note. If sonic 2 was somewhat like sonic 3 (cutscenes leading from one stage to another, as seen on one's hack) don't the level order seem off? I mean, taking a look at Sonic 1, Green Hill leads to marble (Logical). With sonic 2 - Emerald Hill to Chemical plant. the way I see it...

Emerald Hill, Hill Top, Aquatic ruin, Wood...

Dust Hill, Mystic Cave, Hidden palace...

Oil Ocean, Chemical Plant, Genocide City, Metropolis... ON through...

Give Yall's opinion. my opinion, this is more logical.

Exactly. We can't hear the world's smallest violin playing just for you. We can't hear it because we don't give a shit.

Plus, I'm not gonna warn you again about capital letters at the start of sentences.
