If you think you've ever recieved motion sickness or ended up dizzy from a Sonic game before, then this will definately top it!

    Enjoy!

Ok. How did you do it?

Also more people need to see this. A video perhaps?

    ZOMG THE LOOPS <3

Amazing job as always! As far as I know the 68k is not fast enough to rotate the screen, so how did you do this? :U

So my brain had a hard time looking at this because at first I thought "There seems nothing wrong here"

Then all of a sudden my world just got rocked.

I don't even know what to say apart from "guaranteed spot"

I played this game on full-screen, without any other light sources in my room. I swear, the text I'm writing right now still spins a little.

Awesome work, Markey! But there's something in in thread that bothers me: Is the text you wrote here just a random mash on the keyboard or is it some hidden secret? Because I love encryption puzzles!

EDIT: Nevermind, realized it myself. Very clever. =P

I swear after I played for a couple of minutes at first I thought "meh this thing probably wont make me dizzy" but after playing it in complete darkness for awhile, I swear I felt like I was smoking weed or something XD. Aside that, how did you manage to do that? did you edit the deformation codes for the backgrounds along for the side scrolling or did you make a completely different one?

I hope you'll use those functions on a giant rotating plane boss (it could also work wonderfully with S2's and S3K's final boss). :D

    It's really impressive anyway.

@GT Koopa who asked how this works on the sega genesis there are 224 "lines" ON SCREN which are 320 pixels long ON SCREEN each line can be moved to the left or the right due to the fact that the buffer is 512x512 the 224 lines are moved to the left or the right and then the vertical cells which are for some reason 16x16 instead of 8x8 (vdp limitation) are moved up or down to simulate rotation
