Well, yesterday I started porting Super Sonic to my Sonic: Painto edition 2. I ported most of the codes (from clean S2 disassembly). The cycle also works fine, but at SBZ it don't work. In 1 act, the colors don't even start to cycle (confirmed by test change of first color in cycle) and in 2 act it sometimes turns pink like this (i'm using victory pose as a placeholder):

Does anyone know what's going wrong? Have it something to do with cycle code or with the SBZ itself? If needed, I will send the source code on PM. Any help will be appreciated.

The reason this is happening is because the SBZ palette cycle RAM is overlapping the Super Sonic cycle RAM. Simple fix.

Find RAM address "$FFFFF650", change all instances into "$FFFFF550". There should be three instances, fixed.
