AniArt_Load is what you're looking for. You just gotta set EHZ's pointers to the null ones.

    Code:
    PLC_DYNANM: zoneOrderedOffsetTable 2,2 ; Zone ID
       zoneOffsetTableEntry.w Dynamic_Normal ; $00
       zoneOffsetTableEntry.w Animated_EHZ

       zoneOffsetTableEntry.w Dynamic_Null ; $01
       zoneOffsetTableEntry.w Animated_Null
EHZ is the first zone in the game's internal list, so change its pointers to the null ones.

Can I ask where you got that Bridge Zone art from? It's identical to an old version of mine that I did some time ago, and I don't remember anyone ever asking me if they could use it, and I don't take too kindly to people using things I made unless I've specifically made them available for public use or given permission.

The same tileset Solar tried using.

To be honest I don't even know why Bridge Zone is so appealing. For a Sonic game it's as slow as Marble Zone and completely over a bottomless pit. It also isn't the only 8 bit-only zone nor the only zone with catchy music.

It's not the same, although the tree on that page was also ripped off from me and he conveniently decided to ignore me when I asked him to remove it. The foreground art is different on the DeviantArt page though.

Oh. I probably should have looked it a bit closer.

Wait, does that mean there were TWO times people have stolen the same piece of art to share?

If you "knew someone would notice", that says to me that you willing used something you knew you shouldn't have been using. That sort of thing does not go down well around here.

I said it, I am sorry. And, I changed the art already. AND, you went too harsh on me. I am just a noob user, and I actually can draw very well, so I could've not stolen, I know it's bad and stuff, and I already apologized. The usage of this art goes back to 2015, I stole the it without realizing, because I don't freaking know. I made a hack, which transitioned into a fangame and back, that was lost a multiple times, and during that time, I forgot that I was a stupid art stealer back then. I did not remember that, so sorry, and I repeat, SORRY. Okay, good, so please calm down, I didn't do anything wrong now. Wish I could share the new art, but I am on my phone now.

The thing is, he wasn't really "hard on you". Please do not take such criticism as a personal insult or an attack of your character. He is merely instructing you about how the community operates and how what you did is not ok. It's not something to apologize about, but rather to take into account and pay careful attention to in the future.

Basically what Natsumi said, I was merely stating that if you know you shouldn't be using something, it's generally a bad idea to show it off around here because chances are someone will pick up on it and it never ends well. If it is being removed, then no more needs to be said about it. Just consider it a pointer for the future, if you ever wish to use anything and it isn't publicly listed as being free to use, always consult with the creator of the work first. It saves a hell of a lot of aggro in the long run.

Yeah. Like, tbh, I am guilty of using other people's art as a starting point for mockups in the past (true of a desert Zone I was drawing on once), but then go to changing it to the point it is no longer anything like what it started as, and until it becomes its own thing, nothing gets implemented. If the art is straight from someone else, I make sure it is free to use, and even then, I give credit, whether they say it is needed or not. My Sonic 4 Genesis mockups give credit to the people who some of the sprites were made by, and for Splash Hill, the original maker of the foreground too.

Even me, most of my original stuff I don't ask for credit for, but really, it is nice to know when someone uses it.

To be fairly honest, I'm not surprised he took it to heart, with the way you lot all act, and how heavy you all are to jump on people over stolen content in the past and in general. I was actually expecting him to receive 40 lashes for it at some point later today dX

That aside, the artwork is looking alright, I'm a little tired of seeing Bridge Zone though, but congratulations on your problem being solved~

To be honest, this kind of reply from you actually surprises me, given your own issues with people ripping off your content in the past and your frustration surrounding it. I actually thought you'd understand my point more than most. Regardless, nothing within my posts was harsh, I simply asked where he got it from so I could have it removed if it was being publicly distributed, and then gave a reminder on respecting other people's work. Harsh would have been an outright ban without even giving chance for an explanation, but considering he never claimed it as his and could have been misled into using it, I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Oh wow! You even thinking to ban him? I think that is your fault, because its been 2 years now but you didn't manage to delete that sprite sheet. This guy is easily gives other people permission to use, ignoring your comments. And every people can freely use that without your permission. All you can do is ask staff member of website to remove this pixel art, instead of just posting a comment.

I'm not being mean, just I don't want this guy, that interested of sonic hacking, got banned just for using a sprite.

You really need to learn how to read a post. I said if I was being harsh I would have banned him. At no point did I say I was going to, because all he's done is make a mistake which he has corrected and apologised for, so all's good.

The other stuff you brought up relates to an entirely different incident with an entirely different person and has no relevance whatsoever to what went on here. On top of that, That issue also appears to have been resolved, so there's no longer any issue there either.

Also regarding that other incident, It's apparently my fault someone used my work and passed it off as their own in a spritrsheet on deviantart? With that attitude, I'm sure you'll fit in just great round here...

    Hey now...
The "dX" emoticon should have been a clear indication that it was nothing more than a light hearted joke, not meant to offend anyone. But you took it too seriously, misunderstood its true notion, and then overstated my past actions, just to make a point to throw back at me (you also sugar coated it you lil rascal you!)

In actual fact, what you said about me is quite the opposite. Remember the time that "ElaymmFour" used artwork of mine from S-Factor? Here is my PM to him:
If anything, I was protecting him from it. Nor did I raise a fuss about this guy using my Manic sprites.

The ONLY thing I've complained about, in public to everyone, regarding stolen content, is this thread which I felt disrespected my decision to close my thread of the same nature. You were very relectant to agree with me, and insisted it was OK. I told you it would fail, and clearly I was right... The one time I did complain, and the staff didn't comply, it's why I never complain at all, and why it's the only time. All other times I've let slip.

There have been a few times people have made a few minor similarities here and there, but I've kept my opinions about those generally quiet on these forums, because they are not justified enough nor is it fair to jump on them about it (I think you're refering to this actually, the one I told you in private and confidence, without making a public fuss, one that would not affect anyone since they wouldn't see it).

The thing is, I did not actually specify your name, I actually meant the scene as a whole, if I had used your name then sure, I'd deserve it. But I didn't, nor did I mean you in general.

Yeah... Please don't, you're not actually helping at all. In fact, you too are misunderstanding the situation.

I think it's important to have a well balanced discussion about a problem, without attacking each other directly, and for all the wrong reasons. It's not Stephen's fault, not did he raise a major fuss about it, he only asked lightly about, and my views on it are rather light hearted, you're just taking it way too far. Before raging out, it's good advice to go out, get some air, and clear your head before you post something you'll later on regret (this is just advice, don't take it as a personal hit against you).
