This hack has 6 edited zones, all special stages, art and SMPS. Special thanks goes to ChainSpike and DigitalDuck for helping me teach how to edit title cards in Retro Github disasm, HackGame for teaching me how to edit level order in Retro Github disasm, Robot Echidna for beta test and few tips and all creators of hacking tools.

You have alternate routes in this hack, you can beat first zone without touching any spikes.

    WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?

This is plain and simple the worst hack I have played. The level design is just a clusterfuck. The music's percussion is the same as every fucking damn track.. And there is frustating moments where you did this:
    423b411092ad4b5aec6ab26fc4d0f5c7.png
WHY? Also to further mention was the intention to make a Sonic hack Kaizolike? Then it fails as Kaizo Mario is much more fair then this piece of shit.

I stopped right at that spot. I got stuck. So fuck this.

    Let's see...
    - SEGA Logo is the same as Kaizo Sonic, for me it's ok, but idk what the members of here will think. Maybe you will end up being called a copycat if you don't change it.

    - Spring Zone looks more like a Bonus Stage, but it's a pretty cool zone. Also, there's some ways that it's extremely hard or even impossible to pass without taking damage. Do what Ashuro said, fix the Spike bug. Also on act 1, if you get to the top of the level, you can get over of the screen, and just go to the right and finish the act.

    - Bumper Test zone is just a test, so i can't say nothing about the bugs of it. Pretty Palette, too simple art. Btw, on the print of CaveQuest, the Second (Or the Third, i don't remember) bumper is simply untouchable. Or you take damage, or when you're invincible, you pass through it. ̶e̶v̶e̶n̶ ̶u̶n̶f̶a̶i̶r̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶k̶a̶i̶z̶o̶ ̶s̶o̶n̶i̶c̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶m̶o̶r̶e̶ ̶f̶a̶i̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶n̶ ̶t̶h̶a̶t̶.

    - Run or Die zone is simply unbeatable. Maybe it's a WIP zone. Good Background art.

    - Pretty Title Screen Art and Song, however the Title Screen song is too repetitive.

    - Pretty Invincible Theme

    - Star Light is still WIP, so nothing to say.

    - Bomb Rush Act 1 looks ok, i guess.

    - The Act 2 weren't supposed to exist, so meh. Nothing to say.

    - All the acts from Acid Hill Zone looks ok, i guess? Except that on Act 3, You shouldn't put falling acid water on the boss arena. It HURTS my eyes. Also, remove the monitors, the boss can be beaten on less than 10 seconds.

    - All the Special Stages are too easy and short. At least just until the fourth emerald, because i wasn't caring about the SS stages anymore, i just wanted to check the zones.

So... Yeah, you still have a lot to change. The hack is too simple now, but if you put more effort into it, it can be better.
Also, you want my sonic.asm? It has the S2 Spindash on the style of SCD Spindash.
I Can give ya my Sonic Spindash.asm too, if you want.
(But i simply can't put the Charging sound to work, WHY GOD?!)
Anyways, the hack isn't thaaat bad, but you also need to make more unique level designs. Half of them looks the same and this can make the gameplay to be boring.

Alright, I just finished playing this, and I'm pretty disappointed. When you have a hack titled " Physics Abuse", I'd expect for there to be hard levels with puzzles that require you to use the physics to your advantage, like how Sonic VR did for example. But no. This is just a boring cheap hack that is pretty broken.

First, the presentation: The art is better than your old work, but still looks bland, small, and for some of the art it's even pillow shaded. There isn't a lot of unique art pieces that make the levels stand out and not look similar to each other, besides Not Green Hill, which is Green Hill but with an ugly color palette. Also, the backgrounds for each of the zones are extremely simple and are pretty boring to look at. Non of them are unique at all and it looks like a failed attempt to copy the more simplistic designs from Super Mario World's backgrounds. As for music, it, just like the art, is slightly better than your old work. Slightly. The drums, though you're somewhat getting more better at them, are still a bit repetitive and still don't really fit in with the song, and I don't understand why you have to use the Timpani instrument for every song when it doesn't fit. Also, another part about the music is that all of them sound the same due to using the same instruments and the same voices, and to add to that, it's really hard to tell what the song is supposed to be due to the way you composed it. Although I was able to recognize the first zone's music, which for some strange reason is Burning Town from Shantae, the end part of the track sounds nothing like the original. It was also hard for me to make out what the special stage song was until I listened a bit closely (which is Stardust Speedway).

Anyways, now you have to level layout, and boy is it bad. It's completely linear, and, as I mentioned eariler, the level design has nothing to do with "physics abuse". The closet thing you have to physics abuse is the part in the Not Spring Yard level, where you are on a bunch of bumpers and have to dodge the spinning spikes, which is insanely difficult, by the way. Anyways, the level layouts are also extremely flat. They're also pretty blocky, and most of the time there are areas which are constantly repeated. It isn't fun or challenging. Most of the "challenges" are dickish, and are pretty boring as well.

So, that's all I got to say. This hack is pretty bad. There's things I haven't mentioned aswell, such as the 6th special stage spawning me outside the level, causing the game to break so I had to pray that I would be able to somehow hit a GOAL sign. Anyways I give this hack 4 chicken wings out of 10 angry Sonic fans.

I am usually one of the first to call upon plagiarism, but when the SEGA logo is nothing more than a palette change to a pure red, I don't think plagiarism can really apply. The idea is so common and bland, that it's a higher probability that he came up with the stupid idea independantly of his own accord.

Well, he helped me on the Kaizo Sonic 1 OST, so i thought that he probably thought about the SEGA logo of Kaizo Sonic. Anyways, maybe you're right. Btw, who cares about red SEGA logo on the days of today? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Yeah, the title for this hack is terribly inaccurate given what is presented. And for a general PSA to not just you but to anyone else, MAKING THINGS STUPIDLY HARD AND FRUSTRATING IS NOT HOW YOU MAKE SOMETHING DIFFICULT. Why this keeps having to be said is beyond me.

My opinion on this hack pretty much mirrors what everyone else has said, so I won't bother repeating them here.

BUT, I will say that making cheap level design isn't what I call "difficult", because once you know how to get past them all, it's all just stupidly easy. I was able to beat the entire hack in one go, because once I found out how to get through the cheap level design, the game became piss easy, and honestly rather dull.

Please, take the time to learn how to make good level design. Completely linear levels with spammed enemies and dickish object placement isn't the way to do it.

Also, I should add that you should generally avoid placing too many objects at once, because it can cause sprite flickering and lag.

This is a good try and I like it.
I mean, sure, it could be better there and there but damn, you really got better in hacking.
Also, I love Acid Hills Zone.
