Need help whit basics.

Okay, I followed This "How to" guide: http://info.sonicretro.org/SCHG_How-to:S1_...c_Level_Editing


I did all like it said. But when i finished my editing, saved it in Soned2 and click build.


When i try open S1build in gens (or other emulators) nothing show up.


And it show it like there is no rom opened.


What should i do?

 

Is your s1built file just 1kb?


If so, then you need to open up notepad, and then hit save as, select any file instead of Text file, and save it in your folder (with the s1 asm file) and save it as s1comb.asm.


Then build and it should work.


If it isn't that problem, then I don't know what it is.
