I have a S2 Simon Wai beta rom, and all tracks played well. Now some tracks don't work, like these:Oil Ocean and Green Hill (Emerald Hill). What's up with it?

Sounds like a emulator problem =/ Normally it should work fine...

If you have a linux system, go to the terminal and type in:

    Code:
    md5sum 'path to the file/filename'
    and post the text

Where did you get it from?

    Have you modified it?

Is it a rom from a disassembly?

What do you mean by "some tracks don't work"?

You need to be more specific with your questions, don't leave anything out.

I got it from RomNation. The zones I posted are muted instead of playing music. I think I didn't hacked it. When I downloaded it, the tracks were working. Now some of them are muted.

EDIT: I use Windows, not Linux.

Did you perform a Disk Cleanup recently? The binary may have been altered during the cleanup process, because it was an old file. How long was it since last played it before the problem arose? That may have factored it as a compress old file.

EDIT: Download the binary again, and play it. The problem should go away.
