Seriously Eduardo, they better not steal that "shit" or I might just rage at the user who did it in full CAPITAL LETTERS.

Anyways, getting back on track that looks definitely aesthetically appealing (It looks good), but it looks a bit uninspired. I still like he new art though. I still can't figure out what it's missing though... Still nice nonetheless!

Oh hi Egg Rocket Zone what are you doing in Spring Yard

Otherwise it's pretty good, and that's a fairly accurate port of the original background; seems like the colours transcribed fairly well to the Mega Drive, which is pretty fortunate.

It's been a while since I hacked a Sonic game, but I guess I will work on my Sonic 3K hack once more.

First off, an art edit I did for Hydrocity Zone:

So far, I have edited the foreground for the level, but I still have to think of what I would like to put in the background.

    C&C is welcome.

I am ready to shit my pants... Do you realize just how long we've been waiting for a S&K3 art edit?

BTW, everything there looks top notch, but there's a slight tile error underneath on the edges of those stairs.

I think you'll fix it though. Nice. :D

Ah, the art is looking good so far Mikel. I'll be looking forward to what you do to the background. =)

    Copied straight from Retrohack:

It had to be done. Is it Sonic Generations 2D, or Sonic Advance: Genesis addition? You be the judge.

I hate to say it, but it's been done.

Though if you go beyond just a Sonic sprite edit and include all his animations and moves, redraw the badniks/objects and levels to fit the advance style, now that would be something.

That is the plan ma'am. I've got 75% of his sprites replaced so far. Next is Tails? I dunno yet, but either way, it will be epic.

I did a small tutorial on how I ripped the SonicAdvance3 instruments. Just want to get some feedback on it since nobody else can give me any and SSRG is the closest thing I got to the likes of SonicRetro and isn't full of themselves.

Sounds difficult, but I've never done such a thing so I can't say for sure. The good thing is you spoke, and clearly at that. People will have a better understanding rather than say posting text from Windows movie maker on what to do. Also the quality of the video is good, and you zoom in making it easier for others to see exactly what you are doing. Nice work.

Thanks dude. That actually means a lot. Do you think I should make more videos like this maybe?
