Sonic 2. Sonic's 2 finger wave's after the boss.

Does anyone know of a asm code for sonic 2 that after you clear a boss that sonic would go into that thing where he waves 2 fingers and then it go's to the next level if you do please tell me it ASAP.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 This is how it would look like but it would be in sonic 2 after the boss.           /monthly_04_2014/post-2997-0-36444800-1397356931_thumb.png
