I don't really see the problem with the light dash and spin dash being in the same hack. SA1 had a spin dash and light dash but it was not that bad.

I'll suck your dick if you help me! :v (I'm not kidding)

In all seriousness, It's not about looking at the guide and 'learning' it that way. It's about looking at the guide, then looking at the game, and understanding what the code means. Put some effort into it, play around, make it work, and if you're having trouble, that's when you ask for help. If you just come out and say 'give me code plz idk 68asm', that's lazy.

If somebody wants to help me in my Sonic hack, your welcome!

The lightdash is very important and i'm sure i can't put it alone...
And for the boom animation, i'll find by myself!

Why not make the boom be a seperate animation that happens if Sonic travels faster than a certain speed? It doesn't make sense to have him making a "Sonic Boom" while running at max speed if he can roll way faster.

He could easily have the "max speed" mode have no maximum velocity (or at least a ridiculously high one), so that it acts like rolling.

But what he's saying is that once Sonic reaches a certain speed (enters running animation 4) he will make a "boom" effect.  I'm recommending that he do it at a certain speed that matches with run animation 4's trigger speed so that Sonic makes a boom at anytime he's traveling that fast, as it would work in real life.
