I just spent the entirety of my lunch time today trying to be able to play this hack on my Nexus while the battery was almost dead and I come home to find that it's just a big joke. This is very disappointing, especially with such a large team of talented people. I was at least expecting something like Sonic Mega Hack Ultra. Other than how the hype killed it for me, I liked the quickly moving platforms and how Sonic is constantly getting those points things but that's it. It's a nice joke but I'd like something good next time.

SHC 2016 has not yet started, but we already know who'll win at least Casinopolis Trophy. Well done, MarkeyJester!

I'm curious, who actually made this? It keeps being attributed to Markey, but the link came from Natsumi, and I keep hearing there was a team behind it, including Animemaster.

But, er, yeah, all hail Markey. God knows only he could pull this off without being called out for it.

Alright, I'll clean up the confusion.

I've been doing streams lately on mostly retro games and hacks, many will agree though that the hacks are way below playing standards. So, I ran a stream on Wednesday and invited all those in the chat to contribute to making a parody shitty hack, just for the fun of it.

I'll probably do another stream, but we'll make something decent next time, like, one large layout edit but to a professional standard. What do you guys think?

it'd be a lot of fun, if everyone could contribute in some way, other than just giving ideas. Also I posted the link instead of Markey, just to confuse people further. That's also why the space is 'broken'.

Well, the reason I suggested a stream is pure and simply because... I don't want to make a full project out of it, I've got better things to do, I just thought it'd be a bit of fun. Of course, we could to a relay system. Where, each person does "something" to the hack, and passes it to the next person. For example, I start the first 200/300 pixels of the layout, pass it to DAGarden to continue, who does the next 200/300 or whatever, who passes it to someone else who could select a better palette of colours or apply decent music or whatever, to pass it to the next person who could program something minor into it.

Actually, we may need a separate thread for this...
Mind you, I'm only interested in doing this for entertainment/enjoyment purposes, nothing stressful.

hah thats actually good idea. But I dont think limiting it to something specific may be the best idea. Maybe like, a person does something with it in a given time limit, and then we pass around, continue until everyone gets bored?
But yeah I think it'd be something fun to do of course, no pressures.
