    S3K sonic is the worst sonic ever made, I'd rather play as Sonic Blast Sonic over S3K Sonic.

    B! It looks better and, as already was said, it has not sense to put a different looking sprite in that screen... so go for B with no doubt.

    If you put Tails Sonic 3 design I would say A but I gonna go with B since it makes the most sence.

    EDIT: Fixed a game breaking bug in CNZ where resapwning into a monitor with Tails would sometimes crash the game. Thanks, CaveQuest for spotting it!
