Very nice. I love the different types of bricks which breaks up the monotony of the original art. The "indoor" parts (adapted from Marble Garden) work well as well and give it some depth.

Oh, and that grass in the third shot looks awesome. It looks realistic, but not too realistic, if you get me. It just works really well with the new brickwork.

This couldn't be more W.I.P. But I need some feedback. How can I make this look better?

Well.. the only thing I can think of now is, create a differen't emblem style. Not the Sonic CD parts, the ring we see in sonic 1 and 2. I guess if you created a new, more original ring, then the sonic cd parts can just attach to it. I mean there isn't much here in terms of ideas. I guess the yellow in the ring with the silver palette doesn't quite work for me, but only in my opinion. But other than that, I don't really know, its not a bad title so far anyway so good job on that.

@Blazefirelp: I'd say grey/metallic stars, and another sprite for Sonic. If you can adapt it a bit to match the classic style, I'd say a sprite like the one before the last one on this page would look awesome with this design. You could use metallic colors for the title as well.

The perspective of Sonic is 3D looking, why not make the emblem 3D like too?

I agree with Trox, that image looks good, you just need a background.

Do you mean the title banner?

I just quickly edited this to look more blank, bah the actual sonic text. Also... does anyone think my title has improved? Or have you all given up? =P. (The signature)

I think it has ways to go, in terms of presentation and eye pleasingness. Further than I am at the moment though.

Edit: This is the current progress.
