A concept started by Sonic Heroes that made a very smooth transition into 16-bit sonic. Much more enjoyable than the actual Sonic Heroes imo. Recommended!

I have been playing and watching this hack grow since the very first release. You never cease to amaze me, Flamewing. Your commitment to fixing bugs as shown on Retro's boards is outstanding, as well. I eagerly await your next revision. The idea of 3 player co-op was something I had dreamed about as a child, before Sonic & Knuckles was released. I was disappointed when my friend got his copy of S&K on release day, and we locked it onto S3 right away. We had the multi-tap plugged in, expecting to be able to have both Tails & Knuckles following Sonic. Thank you for making my dream come true, as lame as that sounds. I actually got to play this with that same friend from way back then, and another long time friend. It took 17 years for some one to make it happen, but it was well worth the wait. Thank you.
