Marble Zone Ufo's

Ok, I been doing a lot of research for the Marble Zone Ufo's and I want to add it. I can't find the background for the Ufo's? How would I add the Ufo's. Do the Ufo's just go around in the circle or come after you? I used google for 4 hours for this and found nothing. Can you help me out.

You can insert them with the SonED2 editor if you don't mind to make them stationary. But if you want to make them moving, the diffilculty will increase a bit. =P But if you know ASM, you can draw the UFO's animations and make a subroutine to animate them in the BG. I don't know very much but hope that it helps. =P

Do the Ufo's just go around in the circle or come after you?

If you want to know, how it looks when it's done, play Sonic 1 Beta Remake.

She wants to put them INTO Sonic 1. Learn to read.

He means the UFO are not anywhere in the disassembly. You're going to be making them 100% from scratch (including art).

If you're truly interested in mimicking Mistergambit's UFO's in his game, why not ask him via PM? :) I'm pretty sure he has the art and assembly work for you. Unless of course, you want to be original. lol. The only problem with the UFOs, unless I'm mistaken, is that if you add them in, it take up considerable VRAM, especially if animated. The Genesis only allowed a certain amount of sprites to be loaded at once.

Also there are UFO's that are hidden in the Sonic Mobile version since that was built of an earlier build of Sonic 1.

Since we are talking about Marble Zone, There is one thing you can place in debug mode. It's invincible and it hurts you. Its right before the bat enemy? What is that thing I discribed?

That is more than likely to be the invisible hurt object, i.e. the object that makes lava hurt in Marble.

I also forgot about the mobile version of Sonic 1. If you get a copy of that [I think SonAR has some handheld ROMs], then you can insert the art at your leisure.

I wouldn't say that was correct. SEGA would have just provided the company who made the game with the art sets from sonic 1 that they had in stock.

What about the footage from Waynes World? Did sega just send them some video of the game? or did they recieve a cartridge and show it off?

What's most likely is they got the cartridge, took the footage, and sent it back.

They had the cartridge. What became of it is known to some.

I watched waynes world. Sorry if I didnt spell it right. Im just shocked about the Ufo's. Its hidden in the rom itself. Something tells me it is. I played the first version of sonic 1 beta remake and the ufo's were in there. That makes me say wtf. Im gonna dig deeper into the rom to find all the unused stuff.

Mistergambit hacked it into the game, it's not that hard.

Oh, and forgot to tell you. People have been hacking Sonic 1 for about 10 years already, whatever you find is probably a really old find.
