This is your captain speaking.
After some short discussion we have decided to condense down the board and strip out forums that aren't being used. So if you see anything disappear, fear not, this is the reason behind it.
Thank you for choosing SSRG airways. We hope you have a pleasant flight.

I guess this makes sense, I'm glad one has taken notice =P
What will happen to the current threads in the sections that are getting removed? Will they be fused into the other sections of the forum or have their own single dedicated section for all of them?

General Discussion and Lounge have been merged. Tutorials, Approved Tutorials and the Tutorials in the Archive forum have all been merged too. Gaming topics have been moved into the lounge and that subforum has been removed.
The only forum that has been removed entirely has been the General Emulation Discussion, basically because there's no longer a real suitable place for the topics. I suppose I could put those into the Lounge too, but I don't know whether people would want them just dumped in there.

Ah I see, well I'm glad that these topics haven't just been removed or erased from the forum completely, and that they now have a suitable place to be seen for references.
Um well, nothing else to say, so other than that, great work guys!

Another small update to the forums, the fonts now look ok in firefox on Linux. I have no idea why it was using fixed width, since the line in the CSS before was:
font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, "Trebuchet MS", Sans-Serif, Georgia, Courier, "Times New Roman", Serif;and is now
font-family: Verdana, Tahoma, Arial, "Trebuchet MS", Sans-Serif;The first fonts should always have gotten priority, but for whatever reason, they did not.
