Changes to Repository:
- Users now have an oppertunity to upload their own content to the Repository. All submissions are moderated and a member of staff from the SSRG or SMPS Archive must look at it to approve or deny the submission.
- Users can now upload new revisions of their files or edit the submission content without uploading a new revision.
- Formatting seems to have been broken in a few submissions but it will be fixed later.

It looks pretty good. Although, I'm not ready for too major hack (such as new gfx, music, ect.), but ready to go beyond palette hacks. I'm not using a diassembly, so if it's a Sonic 1 hack, no spindash
