I know that the Sonic CD game going around the internet lacks music. Well, I have all the music I need presently and I would like to the format to adding them back into the ISO. Would I have to name it like R1A.mp3 for Palmtree panic present or R7D.mp3 for Stardust Speedway bad future or something like that, then put it in the root directory of the ISO?

Buy the remake :P

Sonic CD's music is redbook audio. You have to create the iso with the mp3's as CD tracks, you can't just chuck the mp3's onto the disk.

So I would put the mp3s with the ISO in one directory then?

Correct, I have the ISO named "SonicCD.iso" with the music tracks named "SonicCD01.wav", "SonicCD02.wav", etc (in order of course), they don't have to be wav though, mp3 works too.
