... yes. That's what betatesters do. I just need to know what to test, like what level, what act, etc.
Debug mode would also be an advantage to me, so I could locate the bug in the bug list, and that will make stuff easy.

Well in that case... You will be the first beta tester! If you add me on skype (Shadowdrag0n) I'll be able to contact you when we need testing! I'll also put on the main post that you're apart of the team now as Master Beta Tester

Jokes aside, nice to see some folks taking interest in hacking this game. As of right now, me and Arctiq are seeing what we can conjure up. To be brutually honest, there is only small changes done so far. I've got GHZ 1 serving as my hub world as we speak.... of course it will be changed at a later time, it is there for testing the big ring, and that's all. I've got the GHZ3 shortened to load the boss at a very early point. Once you beat that, you get sent straight to MZ3, where it loads the boss, but barely works. Arctiq will load the most current build later for you guys to test out and whatnot.

He said that this was a bit more than he could handle with his current skills. But don't fret! This hack will still continue! And Lips2k8 will take SuperEgg's place as the main coder. That's not really what it's all about. SuperEgg just doesn't have that much time to work on it.Sounds reasonable when you have taken on a project more than what you can handle with your current skills.
hey Arctiq, where you ever going to plan special moves, or will this be a seperate boss fight, styled game.
There will be special moves. Like once you beat a set of bosses, you learn a different move. (ie: when you finish sonic 1 bosses, you learn the spindash)

Actually, I could've finished up to Sonic 2. The last update I was working had most of Sonic 1's bosses in an operational fashion, except that I would skip the LZ boss due to the fact I had to come up with a solution to that. And just for shits and giggles, I decided to try out some old code from S2B4 I ported to S2NA then ported down to S1... seems it worked.....well the EHZ boss did, but the CPZ boss fucked up for obvious reasons. But the main issue is that I've got a pretty big project I'm working with Ayla with and I'm going to college in the fall, so life got real.
