I've set the downloads repository above to send the files off to my file distribution server to ensure fast downloads, and to conserve bandwidth.

This should allow for considerably larger downloads, but more testing is required.

So far, I've moved the top downloaded files and a few others. If anyone'd like to volunteer to move the remaining files over, I'd appreciate it. (it's not as simple as you think, but tedius).

All future files will be uploaded to that system. The maximum upload limit has also been raised to 100MB.
