A Question about the Sonic Game Modification Community screen

    I've seen the SEGA, Sonic team presents, and the title screen, but what I need, also, is the Sonic Game Modification Community screen.


    I don't know where these people get this screen.

    One of my posts is locked because I made it as a mess... is that bad? It was one of my hack posts.


    Plus I have -1 reputation, is it better to have a positive 1?
