Sonic Hacking Contest Date Change

Hey guys, it's SuperEgg. As most of you know, I am part of the judging panel for the contest this year. I have a very important announcement!

The Contest has been moved up to today.This is a surprise, believe me, when the panel of judges were discussing this earlier this morning, I thought it was a joke, but no. I am being legit here. 

Because of the shorten time to judge said hacks, there shall only be one trophy this year, the Hidden Palace Zone Trophy. So, bear in mind what is stake.

As such, here are the rules.

- Each participant must submit a hack in a new post below. If there are more than two hacks you wish to submit, please give a link or download to each entry.

- Give the name, a quick description or summary

- Give what kind of categories that the hack can fit in. Here are the main categories.

  a. Simple ASM hack

  b. Advance ASM hack

  c. Layout Hack

  d. Sound/music Hack

  e. Boss hack

  f. Special Stage Hack

  g. Art Hack

  h. Other

- Tell us what game its a hack of.

- Lastly, what tools did you use?

Once again, I am being dead serious. Whoever wins, gets this marvelous plant, sent straight from the Contest Headmaster, ayla. This trophy is the highest honor one could receive. So please, start submitting, and you can sit with the hacking greats such as MarkeyJester, Spanner, Selbi, Cinossu, and anybody else. 

 

I knew you wanted to play my hack asap badly, but that really puts me under a lot of pressure. I guess I'll just remove the unfinished and/or laggy levels (mz, lz, slz, sbz), hope you don't mind.

Name: Sonic and Friends

 

Description: A hack featuring Sonic and Friends. Many characters can be chosen and in some levels you play using two characters. A few characters' palettes weren't fixed which means they may be eye bleeding in a few ways, best served with bleach. It's also not safe for work as Sonic and Tails' rolling 69 combo has been implemented and SEGA stole it for Sonic 4 Episode 2!

From the screen shot it seems less sloppy but he still has the words GreenSnake as the clouds.

 

It looks a TINY ASS BIT better, but he steals content iirc.

 

He's changed guys, give him another chance

 

Yeah I know, but the palette doesnt make me want to vomit like his last entry with this hack.
