Good morning everyone. I'm having an annoying problem with the build of my disassembler, in this morning, I decided keep working on my Sonic 1 hack, was working on my layouts, everything was going well, however when I tried build my project, my Notebook simply blocked the build, meaning which can leave my computer "vulnerable". Here what it's show:

I'm not very experienced with Windows 8 because I am so beginner, someone who has knowledge with windows 8, know the cause of the problem?

Note: My Notebook is Windows 8.1.

...that's odd. I use Windows 8 and I've never experienced this as far as I remember. =S

Presto seems to have the right idea, though, so I second what he said.

Clicking "Mais informações" should open you up to the option of "running it anyway". I'm sure that after "running it anyway" the OS will put it down as an "exception" (Don't hold me to that though, I ran 8 for a long while, and ran 8.1 very briefly, so there may be differences I have missed).

If you have Antivirus installed, smartscreen is kind of useless....so...install a good AV, and disable smartscreen. I haven't had any issues with it though. Could be just your copy or something?

Alright, I tried MarkeyJester and presto's suggestion(also, which is practically same) suggestion, and it worked, I thought the problem was in addition, but it was a simpler thing than I expected....
    Anyway, thank you, guys!

Oh yes, must have been what caused that, and I use Norton Antivirus(I will disable smartscreen too, but I'm not sure 100%). :V

...Please don't use Norton. Get rid of that garbage. Please. If you love your computer. If you love yourself as a human being, get rid of it :(.

It maybe garbage to someone who had to pay for it, but with Comcast service it's free, so not garbage to me lol

Edit: All the stuff it says is not safe could have something in the programs Norton thinks is a virus, it maybe annoying to tell it to ignore it, but it means it tries pretty hard to protect your computer. If my identity is safe, and info from my computer isn't being hacked into, I'd say it's not garbage, but as usual it's just an opinion.
