Heh, yeah I assumed he'd made it from scratch... I'm assuming he just forgot to mention instead of deliberate deception, but it doesn't look great.

Why? You were suspended for making an offensive and irritating spam topic that was also basically a copy of what snkenjoi did a few months ago. This on the other hand is a worthwhile piece of information.

He said it was a new sega screen. He never said he made it. When I read that I thought it was made by sega, not by him. Personally I think your edit is nicer with Sonic on the left side of the logo. He looks to detached in the original one.

Also quaoting shadow fire: You haven't seen more of the mz when I ported the backround. Lets just say this may have to go as it has, caused the lava to stop loading. Or I may remove the lava alltogether

Well, the thing was, some people would be under the impression that he made it himself. There is obviously no harm done, just thought I should mention it. Yeah, the screen looks good, but he is not lined up properly and the original colors are better. But it's good anyway, I look foward to playing Hitaxas' hack. :)

Thanks, But as I stated before in my previous post, it lays some problems like the lava, and the objects used using mz tiles(moving platforms, and small block you push) have been garbled by the eggman statue tiles. Which is weird, because it didn't before the backround was in, so obvioulsy my sloppy porting is to blame :)

Mine was taken from the GG version of the game, I claim I added a screen. However, I did not claim I made the art.

False, I had the RH splash screen for months before either, just not the coding.

I'm serious, the guy must eat source code or something. I want to see outbound traffic.

Some kind of a Level map I guess. This would explain why you are having no numbers in the title cards.

Close, but no cigar (if you're refering to a map like in S1EE). The idea is a tad bit more original. Protip: check

    for a hint.

Source code for what? If you mean the Splash Screen code, the code is posted on RetroHack, with instructions for adding to Sonic 1 or 2. I've had it up there for a while now. =P

Read: "I don't want to learn. Give me everything"

ASM isn't hard. I wrote my own bubble shield the other day. No porting at all.
