    You do know that Sonic CD's title screen is stretched out, right? So that spritesheet where you got that sprite from displays it in its correct, unaltered size.

    Silly question, but why don't you just boot up Sonic CD and rip it yourself (from a screenshot, pre-stretched)? It only takes a few seconds...


    As it is now, the colors look washed, and the art looks kind of messy.

    No, I don't need anyone holding my hand. And yes I can take a screenshot myself (how did you think I shew you this pic?), but going back to what I already said. The titlescreen as a whole it too large for sonic 1, with out some how manipulating it, and I lack the necessary knowledge to do so.

    I have to agree with everyone here when they say: The title screen needs improvement.


    Having Sonic squashed and the colours extremely bright makes him look rather odd, this unfortunately makes it look... hackish so to speak =(

    Also, that thing around Sonic looks quite weird, but it looks like it was supposed to be a Robotnik face... y' know, the golden thing across Sonic.


    EDIT: Well, the golden thing seems to be a copy of the Sonic CD design.

    Its okay - for now just work on recoloring it with a better colour set for Sonic.


    I think once you do that, it'll look a lot better.
