You misunderstood me, I meant the name under inspector, not the binary numbers.

    Screenshot time!

It's still early WIP, so it doesn't look very good, but I'm confident it should be nice in the end.

(oh, of course the background graphics will be changed entirely, excepted for the turbine)

What is this bullshit you talk about? That looks awesome, it's very good. I won't bother commenting on the background as you said you're going to change it, but I love the foreground.

You win on everything. Specially as artist. I definitely LOVE your dithering style as the same as the art you did. This art is fucking epicness, I fucking love it! Congratulations, Markey. Keep it up, dude! :D

Ah... are you joking? do you know how good this looks?!. Well let me tell you, its FUCKING GORGEOUS. I just love the attention to detail you've done with the FG. The BG might be WIP as well, but I also like what you've done with this also. I think by time you've done this hack, there will be many, many jaw drops and mine will be the lowest.

That gargoyle is brilliantly executed, you should (and you WILL) be proud of what you have done ;P

This is on a 16 - bit console. Wow. The amount of detail is just so incredible, it truly is eyecatching. The gargoyle with

the waterfall pouring out it's mouth is the most amazing part. I may be considered a good pixel artist, but nowhere near as

good or as detailed as you. You win.

That gargoyle, man that art is amazing. I wish I could draw like that.

I began work on the background, but I have to know what people are seeing there, because I've shown it to someone who told me the predator face in the background looked cool... <_<

So, those two statue-blocks in the background, what are they in your opinion?

To me its just a pattern, looking at it to me doesn't really look like its supposed to be something.

    Pretty much this.

But if I were to give an opinion on what I think they closely resemble after looking at them for a good while, the top right image looks like the face of a cricket zoomed in real close (or some other kind of bugs face) and the other one sorta looks like the face of a skull with its mouth open.....but I dunno where the idea of seeing the "Predator" has come from. This is a lot like a ink blot test the more I think about it.....

One looks like a minotaur and the other looks like a twin-headed dragon with two tails.

Would be nice to tell us what you intended them to look like, though! <_<

No point telling you, if nobody can see it it's a failure --> trashed.

The one on the right looks a lot like the Mushroom enemy from Phantasy Star II.

I removed the texture. What do you see on this one?

Agreeing with this, definitely more clear in what is supposed to be seen this time around.

Oh wow, I feel kinda bad I didn't notice this the first time, but I think it looks better like this anyway. Not just because its clearer, but it just looks better in general in my opinion.

Ordos stands victorious, after so many people failed at a Rorschach test and revealed their messy/phobic/schizo/video game addict inner self (so no worries people, you're perfectly normal). <_<

I knew the texture would make it harder to "read", I just never thought it would make it nearly impossible (only one person recognized both the fish and boars on the original, out of more than a dozen).

    Thanks for the help.

Now, time to update plans again... ^^'

Oh boy, do I ever agree. Having tons of texture in a pixelated video game can totally confuse the player.

I looked at the fish tiles in the background and knew what they were. The boars on the other hand - may need a little work.

Nonetheless, I am still extremely impressed with your efforts good sir. <_<
