[WIP] Sonic 3 and Knuckles: multilanguage

Hello)
If you've been following Sonic Retro, then you may know that I started the "Sonic 3 & Knuckles multilanguage" project. The name, I think, speaks for itself. This is Sonic 3K, but with a language option. The set of languages:

1. English (surprise, right?)
2. Deutsche
3. Russian
4. French
5. Spanish
6. Italian
7. Polish.

That's all for now. So, why am I here.. Oh, right!
I need help implementing these languages. A lot of work has been done, and during these two years, while I was translating into Russian, I realized how to edit 95% of the text. If anyone is interested, I can write a guide on editing texts (title cards, results, etc.)
I really need the help of those who wish! You can't imagine what a pain it is to work on all languages at once..
At this moment, on project works 3 persons

Good news everyone!
Language selection function was made by me and (mostly) by RealMalachi!
Now I, lunarstudio and Rrose80149 works on Russian, Polish and French langauge translations!
