    I don't really know why nineko said to decompress it first. The special stage files are already decompressed in sslay_u. You can edit them directly there, edit your build.bat and remove the REM from the line "REM derecmp.exe ec sslay_u sslayout". Now your building process will take a bit longer, but it's easier than decompressing it and edit it then.
