I like the hack, but there are 3 things I dislike.

    1. Damn we were using that bridge music in no-name a while back, but removed it, because it is slightly overused.

    2. The title screen pose looks like it's been in other hacks too.

    3. No-name is also using similar title card font and the same Sonic 2 nick arcade sign post.

    EDIT: 3 chaos emeralds

Its not bad some of your sprites needs fixing, I don't like the titlefg palette though. The xero bugs me, don't why maybe try recreating it? music is nothing I haven't heard before. I see this is based on speed, try not to make it too fast and finish the level at a rediculous time. Some object placement issues as well, like the signpost is too high, some chunks look out of place where they are. Overall is an ok so far but needs some work.

Probably because it's easily obtainable from Sonic 2 Beta.

Again, these are easily found from their respective games, Sonic 3 and Sonic 2 Beta.

That does look pretty good. I liked your imports, they sounded nice. I also liked what you did with the special stage. May I ask where you got all the art? I wish you luck with your hack!

Well if you are talking the background art, all I did was use SonED2 and used some of the 8x8 tile art and customized some of the 16x16 blocks out of them, then of course changed the background art using the blocks that I made. also thanks for wishing me luck <_<

Some screenshots of my hack: (made with the Sonic 2 Nick Arcade disasm)

My custom SEGA Screen (not the 32x SDK one), that also checks if the console is Japanese (No TM) or American (with TM)

A level editor I coded: (only the "OBJECT EDITOR" and "RESTART LEVEL" works for now...) NOTE: the font is from PALib

And this is the new palette for Sonic/Tails:

Looking very promising GenesisFan! I like it! My only cent is Sonic's palette, which you can fix easily. Apart from that, imprevissive as well! :)

So, I've been working for a long time on my hack, Sonic Expedition. It's a 32x hack though you could never tell from these images (I might upload a video soon of music). So, here are some screenshots:

This is of a snowy zone made from art that Estlib had given me:

And here's one from my modified Options Menu:

I'll probably post some more images later of other zones, once I've made more progress on them.

Is that the Streets Of Rage 2 text? Nice.

I played that last night. :)

I love the art so far in both hacks.

Interesting to see a S2 Nick Arcade hack. Does the speedometer work properly?

I was on a bug fixing frenzy when I noticed this could happen in my hack, and thought it was unusual enough to share:

Not sure I will fix it though, Selbi's most reverenced and welcome fix for the caterkillar already made it much easier to kill them, and the instashield makes it a bit safer to bust them from above. I don't want the caterkillar to be too easy to beat, nor do I want to make the instashield an "invicibility on demand".

You'll see some new art another time

ooh! Pooooh! Aaaaah! That looks quite promising. If you want to make him harder to kill, make it so that the spikes actually penetrate the instashield and then hurt Sonic. And btw, It's Caterkiller, not Caterkillar, but that sounds cooler :p
