    Thought I'd post this here too!


    Copy/Paste from Sonic Retro


    Sonic 2 : Tag Team


    This is a hack of Sonic 2 that allows the palyer to swap between Sonic and Tails during game play. Other additions include:


    Insta Shield


    Tails Flying/Swiming


    Sonic CPU Control


    Controls:


    A: Swap Between Chacters


    B/C: Jump


    No pictures because pictures don't show anything for this hack. In otherwords, there is no new art. There are a few bugs present, one at the end of act 1.

    This is an extreme nice concept! Hope you gonna work more on it. <_<


    However, I found 2 bugs:


    1: When Tails is the leader and he has a shield, it got screwed up


    2: When Sonic dies while you are Tails and you change the leader, you will die as well (not really a bug, but wierd).

    Even though this is all you did, I like the idea. It must be some difficult programing going on here. I really like how if you loose sonic, he flies back as supersonic, Super awsome!.

    Very original, people often forget how simple changes in gameplay, if never done before, can really make a neat sonic hack.

    After reading all the replies, I went ahead and fixed most of the bugs. <_<


    I however could not fix CNZ2. Please let me know what you find.

    Can be cool if the itembox habilities (like shield, shoes and invincibility) get past to the second character when the button 'A' is pressed.
