    I'm personally alright with the fan character idea, but only if the sprites are neat


    and professional looking, the palette isn't an eyesore, the character has a reason to be there (a storyline),


    the characters move-set is unique and the character has a good name, that's all I ask.


    OrdosAlpha, I personally respect your idea, even though I don't fully agree.


    I believe in some cases there are some exceptions. As for DeoxysKyogre, good luck. =D
