Hey, I have been doing some work recently on Super Sonic Legacy recently. When I plugged in a USB stick, I found a very old build of SSL, witch led me to do a little work, and compile an archive of all the current builds of SSL, publicly released here or not. So first the game itself..

Beta 2.1 is focusing on the more minor stuff. Some changes include:

    Reorganized level select

    New palette for HTZ lava

    HTZ renamed Radio Hill Zone

Swamp/Wood Zone now has some very basic decor

    And for the build archive:

I got the build off of the USB stick, and all the builds from my computer, totaling about 16 builds. There are some that share the same build number, but those have minor changes. Here is the list of builds.

Build 020210 -earliest found build so far

    Build 021010

Build 021110 - first public build

    Build 030410

    Build 092010

    Build 100310

    Build 100510

Build 021111 - second public build

    Build 040211

    Build 042911

    Build 061411

    Build 062711

    Build 092511 - current build

The archive contains all the builds listed above, and the current build of course.

Are you still doing this on a ESE 2? Nice to see this hack has....progressed..... Anyway, have you decided to move your project to a disassembly yet? It would make your life 2000x better. Not to mention you could do more than simple level layout hacks. I noticed how levels that didn't have anything in them, still don't have anything now. That is the advantage of a disassembly, and from what I can tell so far, you've made little engine changes, so it would be perfect. If you want, I could help you obtain a "certain" version of the s2b disam with working SonED 2 project files.

Yeah. I suck at coming up with good levels. Can you make those dissassemblies (I have the ESE Assembly editor, and it looks like it could really help me) and the SonED 2 files for the 092511 ROM (latest one)? Thanks for the offer and help! :D

I could send you a clean one altogether and that will probably save you time. Also, broski. 3 words, Notepad plus plus.

Trust me, I got plenty of those kind of program. NPP, and ConTEXT. Come to think of it, I should use a clean source too. I should use them to fix the broken levels, since I really don't want to can them. If only I knew how. :D :D

I'll make a tutorial on it eventually.
