    OS: Windows XP (2000 too?) or higher. Needs .NET Framework 2.0

    What can I say about this? This is small utility that converts the following types of instruments: SMPS (Standard / Sonic 2 Swapped), TFM and MVST (read-only). X3V support coming soon... maybe=) I hope this shit will be useful! :)
