As it seems the shenanigans that forced the SSRG Discord to become closed to the public have seemingly come to an end, the place is now being reopened to the general public.
Just a reminder that when you join this server, you have to wait until a member of staff sets a permission to allow you to access the contents of the server. It shouldn't take long, but don't join only to quit a few minutes later all because someone hasn't got to you yet. Just be patient, not everyone is around all the time, when someone from staff sees someone in the #validation channel, they will be sorted out as soon as possible.
A quick note for trialists and applicants and everyone else, since it seems some haven't figured this out: We watch your behavior everywhere. Sure, you could act fine on the board, but if you act like a shitbat on IRC/Discord, we'll definitely be taking that into account when your time comes for a discussion about your future membership on the board, just as if you were being a dickhammer on the board. Your behavior is considered throughout the SSRG community, and not just through a narrow lens of one facet.
