    Now I'm making new things, I found the SFX instruments and ported them in MID2SMPS.
    Thanks, @MarkeyJester and, @ProjectFM for the help.
    I was able to export them without problems, new ideas come to me to make new SFX.

    All three acts of first zone are done. HUD is done. New badniks - need to be polished and make new ones. Special stages - not now. Currently - making second zone.

    Guess you do love playing with colours don't you? ;)

    May I ask, are you using Hyper Sonic's palette cycle or is this your version of palette cycling? Either way, you have done a great job in implementing that little feature.

    Since this is a movie thread, I may as well show this:

    Sonic's victory animation is from the SEGA CD BIOS and the results screen layout is my custom take. I orginally had the blue oval but someone recommend me to remove it. Either way, it looks elegant, however I need to figure out how to move the HUD away when the results screen hops in.

    Thanks! Many years ago, I wrote my own [horribly unoptimized] subroutine and decided to use it again here, with some internal improvements; the effect is entirely custom (including the palette, since it uses all of Sonic's color shades in Sonic 1) , but it technically isn't true palette cycling.

    Honestly, the HUD being there doesn't bother me at all, but the lack of blue oval is visually problematic, as it makes the "ACT 3" area hard to read/too visually busy. The smaller blue ovals feel like they have less purpose now too. Nevertheless, everything looks like it's been done well so far, so great job!

    I managed to make a really nice act results screen; it feels like everything blends in together.

    Ignore Act 2 as level design is still incomplete as of the day I published this!

    I felt nostalgic and decided to start a video-compilation of all the custom bosses I've programmed to this day. There are actually plenty of them, some of which you may never heard of (others may be familiar though, if you played my hacks), so I believed they were worth recording and organizing for historical purposes.

    The first part (this video) covers mostly early 2010s. One of the bosses here was never released, so it's the first time (in almost 10 years) it's being showcased.
    Later parts will cover some of the more recent stuff.

    Another South Island Adventure is the hack's last name and has NOTHING to do with Hivebrain's South Island Adventure.

    Next Friday, it will be my birthday, so I'd figured to celebrate, I'm going to upload a video to show my hack progress. Everything you have to see here isn't final and will be updated.

    The reason why your image didn't work before is because you did not link it properly. However you also uploaded a WEBP which doesn't work too well here. I copied it over and changed it to a PNG.

    2020 was not a good year, actually it was a shit year for everyone...
    However don't worry about the project, it is coming up very well with the new additions:D
    Do not be in a hurry, better to go slow but do things properly, rather than go fast and do things messy!
