Description
So, Sonic 2 Text Code Generator doesn't work on Linux, so I decided to make my own way to edit the title cards on Linux system, and since I wrote the tool in python (3.10), it is a cross-platform tool.

There are spacing issues at times but otherwise, it works for the most part.

There is a CLI and GUI version of the tool, the CLI is a command line tool for making them while the GUI more resembles sonic 2 text code generator and is way easier to use.
