Sonic CD PC Betas + Intel Dino/Realistic Display Mixer Developer Kits

So, a developer for the PC port of Sonic CD (the Dino version, to be exact) named PixelTheCat had joined Sonic Retro and mentioned they had an archive of a beta for the PC port and the development library files for a beta of Intel Dino 2.0. I reached out to them and have been given permission to share it for preservation!

Don't expect anything crazy with the Sonic CD PC beta, because it's a late build and came from someone who was working on the backend part of things instead of the gameplay. However, the Dino stuff would definitely be of used for decompilation.
