Sonic Legacy - New music, LCZ palette tweak, and beta build

I got around to playing the SHC build for this hack. Honestly, one of the very few hacks I actually enjoyed from the contest. Well done. It's not overdone, but back to basics. There's plenty of little adjustments here and there that could be made (and I have no doubt there will be plenty explained in the judges' critiques, so I'll refrain from going much into it until after they do), but I just wanted to drop some words of encouragement, as I don't see much talk of this one. Keep it up.
