SonMapEd Problem

I started to add the Peelout sprites for my Tutorial (Tutorial Section). I folowed the whole How to on SR, but I have a big problem:





(Ignore the giant space between the Spindash tiles and the New tiles)


As you can see, my sprites has these blocks as Background (but I have the same Pink in my .bmp as this pink!). Does anybody know, what I've made wrong?

 

try changing the pink from your bmp. file (super peelout) to just plain white.........and import the picture again..........

 

The blocks are gone, but now I have a white background (around the Peelout frame), but the real bakcground is still pink!

 

good...........now all you have to do is go to the tab "settings" then go to "image importing" then make sure "direct/nearest to current pallete"


and "assume corner is background" are checked.........then import the image again........

That sucks! Is there nobody, who knows whats the problem is?

 

Did you save all the mappings, etc? Is there enough VRAM?

 

Tile, Mappings and PLCs. VRAM, I guess there is enough, because it's a new split (if you mean this).

 

Selbi, wasn't it frame 5F? (Look at your first post in that thread)

 

Zoom in (with Ctrl and +) and you'll see, it's 5E. (Already tried it)

 

I know, double post, but I one question: Is this "Awesome Yellow Space" the offender? If yes, how do I fix this?
