This is the son of Sonic Extreme Edition looking for a new version made better expanding and centering in the "playability" , in this moment the project is in BETA.

    Some new features:

-Super Peel Out, Double Jump, Homming Attack

-After Image (It's used for homing attack, for double jump and if you run fast)

    -Extended Levels

    And other things...

This project would thank you in some incorporation. I'm doing it alone practically except helps of Joaki (DarkJoaki in youtube).Special Thanks to Selbi and Eduardo Knuckles

In here it's the video/demo of game:

If you know ASM and liked this projets, please contact me --> nene-_-@hotmail.es <--and can think add in the team for better game.

    Thanks for all ^^

This version is MUCH better than the other one. I'm glad that I could help you. ;)

Idea: Are you going to make new palettes for GHZ?

Looks good, my only nit pick would be that the After images appear far too much when playing.

This hack has improved greatly, and by the way did you port the homing attack yourself? one of these day i'll figure it out. Also, maybe loose the title text, it looks exactly like megamix. Not that I mind, but I bet others would.

Looks like code was lifted from Megamix if you ask me, or you somehow got code from S1 Bro Tro. Homing Attack and After Images are not too simple (Perhaps After Images are, the code in SSD is quite small, however, Homing Attack takes quite a bit of talent. Unless you made the code yourself, or give the source credit, this hack is not cool.).

You might want to raise the speed at which after images appear, right now they show up and you don't feel rewarded. Personally I feel that should show up to give the player a sense of their speed, rather than a constant showcase of how many Sonics can be on screen without lagging the Mega Drive. Course this is just my opinion.

also he just said selbi created the homing.

I give credits at who should have them, it's not a question of prestige... At least, I, when i finish the project probably i'll share it with my friends, thing that no one from here will do because no one share these things...

Well, it's maybe a coincidence, and i don't think someone could steal these codes, for the love of god! :p

But my opinion for cloudiar is, the layouts have an awesome concept of playability, and the title screen i made is... duh, it's still in BETA, that's why it looks MegaMix's. In the future, this title will be more creative and original with my SonMapEd using skills.

It's possible, do you not remember the leak of the old Megamix Source code that happened not so long ago? The code could have been easily taken from there, looks like it to me. That's the impression the video gave me, end of my story.

Yeah if there is anything stolen you might as well remove it, since then the hack will actually be decent. :p

Nobody wants to play stolen shit.

Yes, it's easy to say that... Some of you people release as bad games that neither you guys have critism of what you have done. Now, i've put something "decent" and, here ONLY is to talk about this? I think it's incredible... At least, the playability of my game is much better than a lot of them

    .

Yeah, and you created spindash, peelout, and "patented" Mega homing attack XD (satirize)

I share with me friends....In here never share the project...

Not talk of stupit topics and see really layouts,it's 99% time work for this and it's better of much game of sonic hacking...

    See you later

Once again certain wankers manage to force out another member. Just because something may appear hard on the outside, that doesn't necessarily mean it is. The homing attack isn't really that hard to put in, and with a bit of thought and understanding the code, it's pretty much as easy as putting in a double jump. It seems some people seem to think that because they're incapable, that means a new member won't be capable. I wonder if the creator of Brother Trouble would have got accused of stealing if he had just released the hack with added homing attack. He probably would have done, coz unfortunately thats the mentality of some of the fuckwits in this community. It's pathetic.

Well, If you read up, there is a claim that Selbi made the code. Now I call bullshit on that given the fact that he was only able to make a half-baked jumpdash code, then a newer one based on suggestions that 2+ people (including myself) had to give them.

From my experience Homing attack and jumpdash are two different codes, one is just a simple direction check while another needs many checks, including a loop using calcsine and calcangle.

The creator of Brother Trouble, no doubt is fully capable of making his own homing attack code, given the fact that he has done so much more than that even prior to Bro Tro.

It's possible that the homing is from Megamix, and it is possible that it isn't.

We can raise suspicions, of course, we have right to suspect everything what us of the desire.

But nevertheless: Is it possible to demonstrate anything? Can anyone of here present demonstrate me the origin of the homing?

This is like to judge a book for his cover, or worse, I don't have it very clearly.

And above, we don't concentrate on the really good thing, as the grand design of the stage, the tedious calculation of the enemies... we only see "oh, homing attack" and little more.

Each one is free to think what he should want, but it is not also a question of fixing poisoned choppers to the beginners for having X stuff.

    And one more thing:

As cloudiar said, this post deserves an applause. :p

Does anyone have proof? Srsly. Homing attack lost its originality when the megamix source code got leaked. It's not very hard to do, like said, Calcsine and Calcangle, along with double jump, and you have something close to homing attack :U.
