I think Tongara meant the wrong person. In fact, I agree with Ollie here.

SSRG went down the shitter when our old host tore everything down without notice and everything was lost. All the topics, members and everything that made people come here was gone and had to be started from scratch. It never recovered, and as it is now there's no way in hell it's ever going to recover. If anything, it's getting worse, hence why I jumped ship and stepped down as admin.

Perhaps this place doesn't deserve to be called the Sonic Stuff Research Group? It's very different from the previous incarnations (then again, if Ordos and JohnnyUK didn't have HDD failures then this place would've had content and backups to go to).

You are still staff though... why if all you are going to do is criticize in a nonconstructive way?

Also SOTI thanks for the list, I'll try and implement and encourage your suggestions.

    I have one single suggestion:

Make a rule called "Bumping 1 year old topics is not allowed, except if it's REALLY necesary.". If there is something which annoys me more than wrtin leik tis, than it's bumping. >_>

The counter argument here is much harder to follow (and Isn't even slightly convincing.) then it should be, anyway as for suggestions...

    1. No Self-Modding - The Staff/Mods should know what the rules are and how to enforce them, and only people good at the job should be in those positions.

    2. Newbie Problems - SRB2MB has a great way to help with this, Temp bans. If someone isn't willing to listen the rules we shouldn't have to deal with them.

3.Hacktube - Get Hacktube Mods to make sure we have good quality control there.

Well that's my two cents on SSRG, based solely on the current argument brought up.

Ask Ordos, I asked to be de-admined and he put me in staff. I couldn't give a shit either way quite frankly.
