Why are there no hacks of Sonic CD ?

    Hang on....before this is locked , is it against the rules to discuss exiled member's hacks ? I have found a glitch in Darkon's Metal Sonic 3 and Knuckles and wondered how to contact said exiled member. 



    Edit: Sorry for double posting , I only realised 5 mins after posting that I had posted about the locking of this topic.
