Here is a update of Green hill from the same as yesterday​

 

Looks a lot better. What I'd try doing is make Sonic darker for it, just for a nice effect. Also, I think the grass clashes with the dark background.

The red doesn't blend well with the purple. Also, the greens need some work, and the blues should be darker (edit the palette cycle data, too!) Overall, it's getting better, but needs a bit more work.

 

So after getting Ralakimus feedback so did I go for some of the feedback and so far got this! Let me know what I could do better and thanks for the feedback so far!

 

its starting to get better however the green in the grass looks odd and ins't blended well and the blue shading around the clouds needs to be a darker shading. also black water? i think it's best that you make the water a dark blue for a night time effect if that's what your aiming for. 

 

It's okay, but as it was said: Something needs to be done with the shading of the green. They're too close together, if you know what I mean. I think black water is fine, but the water reflections needs to be darker, more specifically, the blue. Make it a gray or something similar?

Still wanted the clouds to be white. This is somewhat a nightmare world. Don't know what to name the Zone tho!​

 

The grass definitely looks better now. Still seems to have an unusual light source with the clouds and water. An image closer to TheStoneBanana was what I was talking about, but it seems like you don't want that, so...

 

Come on, I know you can edit circle palette as well, and that stone should be darker to flow through of the night.

You must leave it as grey if you want it dark.

 

About palette edits, what do you think about this one?

 

Looks quite nice honestly, although why is the sky green?

 

I wanted to sky color will be synchronized with other colors.

 

Since the sky is green, you can make it feel "toxic" ambient, with changing underwater palette as well. But honestly, I thnik you can change that grass there, almost everything here use the same color.

 

Even GREEN Hill Zone isn't as green. It feels a bit irritating in the eye for lack of other colors, I feel.
