Custom-made section for Blue Sphere game

Is it possible to edit one of the 128 sections of Blue Sphere to make a custom section? Like section 1 of level 1 consists of 19 blue spheres and 32 rings. I want it to have one blue sphere and maybe 30 rings. I know this involves hex editing. Maybe some can tell me the offset of each section and the placement of the objects and the byte for each object type (red sphere, yellow sphere, ring, blue sphere, bumper, empty space)
