Before I lock this topic, I do have a few things to say:

I would recommend if you do decide to upload images from your phone to please put them under a spoiler tag next time (already done that for you) or to shrink the resolution as they do produce very large outputs that makes it a fair bit difficult to read through a desktop monitor.

Anyhow, I would recommend reading some of the rules here as there are a few that you missed here, main one being our no-begging policy. There isn't enough substance here to warrant people wanting to help with your ROM hack besides some concept art. It would also be nice if you started work on your ROM hack and showcase what you have so far to encourage some members to possibly help you out. Usually, help wanted threads are frowned upon in this forum, however, as I said, as long as you start working on it (which some of these concepts you provided do have a lot of potential to be in a Sonic ROM hack), and you have showcased a lot of effort you made to your project, then it'll turn a few heads around. If you do struggle in making a ROM hack, there are plenty of resources and tools you can find here or from a Google search, you can always jump to the Basic Q&A thread to ask for help or you can join our Discord server.

Once you think you have enough substance, contact a staff member and if we see there's enough work you put into your project, then we'll unlock the thread for you.
