No need to be sorry for that waste of space. He constantly posted stuff that was aesthetically offensive to the eye, and the aesthetic quality never improved one iota between images.

This guy on the other hand has posted something that has potential, some dithering on the statues and additional shading on the brickwork and it would look better. For a first post concerning their art work, it more than outshines that shit by Darkon.

well this looks quite interesting. though the statues could use some dithering to it. other than that, looks promising.

Just out of curicity. How would you go about doing stone like dithering? I just tried with this Chao and I failed miserably.

In order to use dithering effectively, you may need to change the colours a bit. I will point out though that dithering isn't the all brilliant alway use technique.

On subject: D-Leo, Your level design in general is quite cool! It's rough, but looks like it's going somewhere good, I like the fact that you've taken a more original approach and have created something we haven't seen before. Kudos to you!

Looks like it has too much dithering. It's kinda hard to get it just right with one eye. You did a good job though. Just needs to be seen a bit softer if you know what I mean.

Looks pretty nice. Reminds me of "The Matrix". Makes a change from the typical Sonic2 styled menu as well which I like.

Not bad for a first post. Colors aren't an eyesore and the art there (while not original) flows together real well. I'd definetly like to see some more original stuff from you later on, but a good start nonetheless. =)

Can you stop subtly accusing the use of level design concepts?
