Interesting Idea. Wait final product
Another blockbuster is on the way.
I decided to show how I did it this great song, sorry for the quality and the lag.
Anyway, this song was been made from scratch, you can appreciate the video.
More stuff is coming, thank you.
Mr. Joker27 Productions.
Sonic flashbacks to Green Hill Zone so he can kick Eggman's big ass for the last time.
That looks pretty interesting, I will say....I'm very curious about it as well!
As for me, It's been a while since I've posted here hasn't it? What you see now might not be much, but it WILL be something, I promise you....but for now enjoy the four players....
Special thanks to AURORA-FIELDS for the 6-button pad and SEGA Team Player Support guide!
That is smart, but how are you gonna find a way to respawn the other players when they die, like the way the second character respawn in Chaotix?
@MGHACKS - More or less, yes. I will try to make the spawning work like how Choatix handled it (since it seems to be pretty feasible) but I may add some of my own rules to the spawning though....
I finally found this damn gem. Now there's only three remaining.
It is midnight and Sonic embraces through Marble Zone with no sleep until midday. He could not give up about kicking Eggman's thick ass out of South Island for the last time which is why you see a pissed Sonic in the picture.
I think this is the best time to introduce my new hack which I hope will be done: Sonic: Rerun. This hack travels Sonic back to his route, 29 years ago, to stop Eggman from being a piss-take to Sonic. The hedgehog wants to kick his ass so bad, so he travels through the zones without asleep and without a break. Do not mess with the hedgehog. It also has extra features like Super Sonic, Sonic 2 Options, redesigned Special Stage (similar to Sonic Erazor) and new ways to play the game.
The idea came when I was playing Sonic 3 Complete and saw how Carnival Night, Flying Battery and Ice Cap had a night setting which linked to each other to suit the gameplay, so I did a similar thing to Sonic 1 with palette alterations. I really think the sunrise palette needs fixing up.
Updated cutscene for the Hellfire Saga.
Screenshot of Blaster. Enjoy! Thoughts?
I finally got around to implementing a proper options menu today. Everything except the background is made of sprites so I can use both planes for parallax. Plus, it allows me to use the shadow/highlight mode for transparency. "Action" means the action button for miscellaneous moves. The SNG extended camera pans more as your speed increases, while the SCD one only pans when Sonic reaches his running speed. The corresponding jump sound plays when you switch between the options for those who don't know the difference. I wish I had room for the sound test, but it would take extra effort to program anyway, so it's reserved for the level select for now.
@ProjectFM I really like this. It's clean, and obvious as to what the options do. My only real issue with it is the readability of the text at certain points. I think this is why the original used a yellow to highlight the option you are on.
Thanks. I'll try darkening the background while in the options menu so that the white is more readable.
